Cancellation Form
You do not have to use this form. Telling us in your own words is enough: an email saying you are cancelling does exactly the same thing. It is here because you are entitled to be offered one, and because a form is easier than a blank page.
Fill it in, print it and post it, or copy the lines into an email. Send it within fourteen days of your order arriving.

Your Notice
I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods.
- Ordered on The date you placed the order
- Received on The date the parcel arrived
- Order number From your confirmation email, if you have it
- The goods you are cancelling
- Your name
- Your address
- Signature Only if you are sending this on paper
- Date
What Happens Next
Once we have your notice you have fourteen days to send the goods back. We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery charge you paid to receive the order, within fourteen days of the goods reaching us, or of you showing us they are on their way, whichever comes first.
